The Samba Team is pleased to announce the general availability of Samba 3.0.23d. This is the latest stable release of Samba. This is the version that production Samba servers should be running for all current bug-fixes. Please read the changes in the Release Notes for details on new features and difference in behavior from previous releases.

The Samba 3.0.23d source code can be downloaded now. The GnuPG signature for the uncompressed tarball is also available. Please read these instructions on how to verify the gpg signature. Precompiled packages are available in the Binary_Packages download area.
